PASSAGES: An Anthology Celebrating Black Queer Existence

 

 Submission Guidelines

All Literary Work Submitted Must Be Original (Not Previously Published) 

Submissions in video format (Spoken Word, Music, Theatrical or Dance Performance) must not contain any copyrighted work unless specific written licensing/permission to be used for inclusion/production is also provided. 

For video submissions not yet completed, you must submit an outline of work to be recorded including any production ideas & / or needs 

(Such As How & Where Video Will Be Recorded As Well As Any Support You May Need) 

Formats 

 

Submissions will be accepted in the following formats: 

● Literary: Google Doc, Word, PDF 

● Artwork/Images: .Jpeg, .Png 

● Video: .MP4, .MOV, Quicktime 

 

Submission Lengths 

Short Fiction & Essay: 1500 – 5000 Words 

Poetry: 3 page Maximum 

Spoken Word, Theatrical Monologues, Musical and or Dance Performances: 3 - 5 Minutes One Act Plays: 20 Minutes or Less (4 Character Maximum) 

Multiple submissions across formats will be accepted, with a 3 submission limit from any Writer/Contributor (including any collaborations)
